4. Details of the return request
5. A clear picture of the invoice and the products received

Important Information:

• You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges for your return, except in cases where you received damaged merchandise. In such cases, the shipping and handling charges will be covered by Oxygen Dermatology.
• Returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive the return.
• If you return an item from an order that qualifies for a promotion, discount, or free shipping, only the paid value will be refunded, excluding the shipping fees.
